Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. In order to ensure your purchases get to you in a timely and secure manner, we have established the following shipping policy:

1. Shipping Destinations: Cazia currently ships worldwide. 
All duty fees at charge of the client.
2. Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time within Canada is 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
4. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
5. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Cazia cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note that Cazia is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, or for any lost or stolen packages.

Refund Policy

At Cazia, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, given the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or provide refunds.

1. No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and its defect.
2. Claims for Defective Items: Once you contact us with a claim, our team will evaluate it. If your claim is deemed valid, we will arrange for a replacement of the defective item. Please note that claims must be made within 7 days after receiving the item.
3. Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as gift cards, sale items, and personalized items cannot be returned.
4. Changes to the Policy: Our refund policy is subject to change, and any changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to review the refund policy periodically for any changes.

We understand that this policy may not suit everyone. However, we assure you that all our products go through strict quality control to minimize the chances of a defective item. We value our customers' satisfaction and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
